Our favorite line at the Helena is back. While on this particular floor 39 it is marked as line “C” (applies to floors 34-40), and the one we wrote about in June was marked as line “E” (applies to floors 16-33), they are the same. The difference in lettering comes from the fact that line “A” on the higher floors is divided into “B” and “C” on the lower ones, and “B” into “C” and “D”, respectively.
Back to apartment #39-C, it is a corner unit, with wall of windows facing west and north (direct Hudson River, and City views, respectively). It has a balcony, windowed kitchen, nice size bedrooms, good closet space, and two baths. Back in a day we made a furniture plan for this apartment on floor 22, so you see what can fit inside it.
Rent it directly from the owner:

Please note: apartment availability is always subject to change without notice; apartments are usually still available at the time we make the post, but in New York it is a matter of hours, not days, when they get rented. When contacting the management company, always ask for comparable options. Good luck in your search!
