Custom Furniture Plan Standard

Email us your floor plan and receive it back as furnished. This option is applicable to apartments with up to 3 bedrooms and/or 1,500 square feet in size. You can add more bedrooms/square feet by purchasing this Add On.

Complete your order first. Upon receiving it, and confirming the payment, we will email you asking for the floor plan. Email it to us attached as a JPG image or PDF file. In the body of your email, please indicate your specific situation: whether you are a single, a couple, a family with kids, friends sharing space, etc. Try to indicate your desired use/functions for the space.

In the Standard Package, we will 'furnish' your floor plan using typical furniture from our library. If you have any specific, existing furniture you would like us to include on the plan, you can measure it and indicate it in you email. We will assess the amount of work required and contact you back to discuss.

Preferably, your floor plan will include dimensions, but if not, we will do our best to scale it. You can help us by providing some measurements, like door and window openings, but if you have no access to the apartment or just no idea how to measure it, we will try to read it from the plan. Please, note: our measurements will be approximate, and very much depending on the quality of the plan you provide.

The Standard Package includes one additional consultations via email (optional) before we sit down at our drawing board. Once the furniture plan is produced, further changes can be made for a fee at the rate of $125 per hour.

The furniture plan will be delivered to you via email within three (3) business days from placing you order.
