“Flexible” corner “3BR” at Tribeca Tower, available for move-in on February 21 (as represented on the owner’s website) is really a nice size two bedroom with a dining alcove (also advertised as a “solarium /dining room”). While, with some modifications, it is possible to use it as a bedroom, we believe that its designated functional use as a dining space is a better fit, hence we have “furnished it” accordingly.
