Furnish it: Studio at The Tate

Studio at The Tate features a nice size sleeping alcove and a separate walk-in dressing area (combination of a bathroom, walk-in closet, and washer and dryer closet). Space-wise, this studio is in a 500 square foot range*, but its good layout compensates for being at the lower end of range in our selection.

* From the presented floor plan, we measured it being only 466 sq. ft in size (when measured inside of the outside walls, but including the interior walls). On the outside of everything, we got 537 sq ft.
